Project Manager

A confident and hands on Construction Project Manager, is now needed to join an established Construction Fit Out organisation, based in Glasgow.

The Project Manager will be supporting on a set of unique projects, within the hotel and residential sectors.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will specifically work on a fit-out hotel project, which will include a residential element. The Project will be worth £4m and based in Glasgow.

You will run this project yourself, with internal support from a Project Director. You will also have an additional support from a Site Manager.

The successful Project Manager will join an award-winning team, who operate across the United Kingdom, within a myriad of sectors.

The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

• Clear evidence of Hotel & Residential fit out experience
• Fit out background in general
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• SMSTS/CSCS Card
• Provide a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
