Estimator

An experienced and forward-thinking Estimator is now needed to join a High-End Construction organisation in the heart of Belfast.

The Estimator will be offered hybrid working and the opportunity to work on High End fit out projects.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will immediately be working with high end clients, within the retail and hotel sectors.

Current projects range between £1M – £17M.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce joinery estimate plans.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 5 years.
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
• Having a joinery background would be helpful.
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Retail and Hotels.
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
