An established refurbishment main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver on a Prime Refurbishment in the heart of Kensington.

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a company that have already secured the majority of their targeted turnover / order book for 2026.  

The Senior Project Manager will be site based and No1 on site.

The company 

The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London. They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to run a £6 million Prime refurbishment.

The company have a strong order book going into 2026 – with most of the work secured to hit their turnover target. 

The Senior Project Manager Role 

The successful Senior Project Manager will be based on site in Kensington. 

The project is a £6 million refurbishment with basement / piling works plus a refurbishment – it’s due to run until March 2025. 

You’ll have a visiting contracts Manager, director and planner to support you in your Project manager role. 

The Senior Project Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £3 Million + budgets
• Experiences in complex refurbishments 
• Basement experience 
• Piling experience 
• Good people management experience 
• Excellent organisational skills
