This is an ideal role for someone who wants to transition into project management and ultimately business ownership.

A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add an ambitious Site Manager to their team – as a Site Manager, It’s a slightly different role in the sense of – you’ll be floating between projects, have a fully employed labour force and responsible for a few more parts of the process.  

Ultimately, you’ll end up owning part of the firm as the owner looks to take a step back over the next few years. 

The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, Farnham and Hampshire. 

The company has a great pipeline of works and operate on an incredible margin.  

The Site Manager’s Role 

The successful Site manager will flick between a handful of projects up to £2million the larger projects will have a manager on, you’ll be responsible for Man Management (all employed by the company), Buying, Take offs, short term programming. 

Projects are all high end refurbishments and new builds, the company deliver a stunning end product.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the projects with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line in the director of the business, who remains hands on. 

The Site Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £50k – £3 million budgets 
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• A valid driving license
• Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary
