Design Manager

A highly technical construction bias Design Manager, who can bring Commercial/Office project experience, is now needed by a large fit out contractor in Central London.

The Design Manager will work on prestigious projects ranging between £5M – £15M, supporting high profile legal, financial, media and education clients.

The Design Manager Role

The successful Design Manager will need to demonstrate a strong history of construction understandintg, specifically within the fit out/refurbishment service.

Various softwares will be used such as AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks and SketchUp.

This forward-thinking fit out company now need a technical and experienced Design Manager who can support key clients from a variety of industries and create relationships that are long lasting.

Projects will consist longer-term schemes and experience with CAT A, A+ and B is needed,

If you are an existing Design Manager or an experienced Senior Design Manager, this role and company will support you immensely.

The Design Manager

• Clear Design Management background
• Construction industry history
• Architectural background is welcomed
• Fit Out background is key
• Commercial / Office project knowledge
• Relevant “design/architectural” degree preferred.
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Would be beneficial to have operated in Workspace, Commercial
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Has show evidence of running teams.
