The Project manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential new builds across the Home Counties and Prime refurbishments and renovations in London.
You’ll and be responsible for the one project at a time – given their size. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Senior Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee a single £40+ million-pound one off bespoke new build in Hertfordshire.
It’s an incredible project with some of the finest finishes in the world. It requires an individual whose. Delivered projects over £20m, is capable producing accurate and realistic progammes (Asta) and is comfortable being client facing and reporting to directors.
