Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and growing construction consultancy based in Victoria, London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The role involves running Private Healthcare projects, both pre and post contract, and supporting the growth of the London office.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing primarily Private Healthcare projects but you may touch on the other sectors the company works on, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Initially it will be yourself and the Director of Cost Management based in the London office however 2025 is a year of big growth for them so it will not be long till you will be joined by other QS’.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards it
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Business development experience
• Capable of supporting the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
