This opportunity offers a direct route to ownership of a highly profitable boutique main contractor. 

A small High-End residential main contractor is looking to add a keen Junior Contracts Manager to their close-knit team – the aim to to go from Junior Contracts Manager to part owning the business as the current MD moves towards retirement.

The successful Junior Contracts Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke refurbishments and new builds varying from £1million to £3 million – they also pick up smaller maintenance projects to maintain there fully employed workforce. 

The Junior Contracts Manager will benefit from enormous amounts of support and guidance from both the current MD and the Construction director. 

The Junior Contracts Manager’s Role 

The successful Junior Contracts Manager will be based in the office In Surrey – you’ll also be visiting sites across Hampshire and Surrey.  

You will initially be mentored by the current contracts manager and will be working on the projects they are currently managing. As well as looking after the workforce, Take offs, short term programmes and generally assistant the current construction director – in short, it’s a super diverse role 

There’s incredible scope to be moving up to contracts manager position within a shorter than usual timeframe and obviously becoming a part owner of the company. 

It’s a super diverse role that could suit a working foreman / site manager looking to climb the ladder or someone at a project manager level who’s looking for a role with genuine progression and has an entrepreneurial side to their thinking.  

The Junior Contracts Manager – Requirements 

• Exposure to High end residential experience £350k+
• Good people skills 
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good tech ability 
• A desire to learn
• Construction background

In return?

• £40,000 – £65,000
