Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fast-growing project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add a experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in north London, near Kings Cross.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Education and Hospitality. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in to deliver a £10m High End Resi project in North London and a Super prime high end Resi refurb project near Hyde park.

The Senior will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion, whilst also supporting and helping to develop the Junior staff on site.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to play an integral role in the growth of a company and have impressive long-term progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Residential experience
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
