I’m working with a well-regarded, multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to bring an Assistant Building Surveyor into their team. If you’re currently working through your APC or looking for structured support to get chartered, this is the kind of environment where you’ll get the backing and exposure you need.

The team covers a broad range of projects – from commercial office refurbishments to listed building works – so you’ll gain real variety as you build your experience. You’ll be working closely with senior surveyors and project leads, giving you hands-on involvement from day one.

What they’re looking for:

• A degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc)

• Experience working towards your APC (ideally already enrolled)

• Some exposure to professional services (dilaps, PPMs, party wall, etc.) and project work

• A proactive attitude and desire to progress in your career

What’s on offer:

• Salary between £38,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

• Full APC support with access to internal and external training

• Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in office/client sites)

• Clear progression opportunities as you move toward chartership
