Assistant Building Surveyor

An ambitious and eager Assistant Building Surveyor who has gained close to 12 months Consultancy experience, is now needed by a well-respected Building Consultancy in their office in Waterloo.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be supported through their APC to become a MRICS Building Surveyor, through an extremely well organised programme.

4 days a week in the office / visiting clients

The Role for the Assistant Building Surveyor

If you are a determined Assistant Building Surveyor, this opportunity will enable you to be exposed to professional services (Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidation’s, Party Wall, Pre Acquisition Surveys) as well as Project Management of Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects.

These schemes will range between £300,000 and £1,000,000 in value and will be refurbishment and fit out projects.

The confident Assistant Building Surveyor will be supported throughout their career with this organisation and will have a dedicated mentor to support them through the APC journey.

The Building Consultancy consist of 125 employees, across 5 offices in the UK. Their London team being the biggest.

With a rich history in the Commercial and Residential sectors, the Building Surveying team especially helps clients from an international level as well as domestic.

You will have the chance to work alongside Media, Financial and Technology companies.

APC history is extremely strong, with a success rate of 97%.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy who have gone from strength to strength when it comes to awards and recognition’s, especially in the world of RICS.

What do you need to bring?

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying / Real Estate
• 12 months with a consultancy experience
• A strong interest in Commercial or Residential works
• Eagerness to learn professional services and project management
• Access to train links
• Willing to go through APC
