Assistant Estimator

An eager to learn Assistant Estimator is now needed to join a bespoke and client focussed Fit Out specialist in Belfast.

The Assistant Estimator will be offered hybrid working and the opportunity to work with high end clients.

The Assistant Estimator Role

The successful Assistant Estimator will immediately be working with high end clients, within the retail, hospitality and hotel sectors.

Projects will be found across Northern Ireland and England.

Current projects range between £1M – £8M and the Assistant Estimator will be involved with 1-3 at one time.

The Assistant Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders within the above sectors and get involved with further pre construction duties.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Assistant Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Assistant Estimator

• Minimum 18 months of Estimating experience
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Retail, Hospitality and Hotels.
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
