Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in supporting the management of projects, contributing to both pre and post-contract duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation and management of tender documents
• Supporting project managers in cost control and reporting
• Helping to mitigate commercial risks
• Providing assistance in negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Contributing to the development of project budgets

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience within a PQS or consultancy setting
• Knowledge of pre and post-contract processes
