An established and forward-thinking building consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Associate Director to help grow their presence in the hotel sector. This exciting opportunity involves managing multiple hotel projects from concept to completion, contributing to the firm’s ambitious growth plans in this area.

Associate Director Role

You will be responsible for overseeing new hotel projects, ensuring seamless management from inception to final delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development initiatives to secure further opportunities in the hotel sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing pre and post contract duties
• Leading hotel projects from concept to completion
• Engaging in business development activities
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery
• Building and maintaining client relationships

The Associate Director requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on hotel projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Business development experience
