Associate Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Associate Director to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, near Blackfriars.

The role of the Associate Director

The Associate Director will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. 

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, High end Residential, Hotel, Retail and Student Accommodation. However the Associate Director is being bought in to head up the Hotel schemes, the company have multiple Hotels projects coming in and need someone to come in and deliver them.

The Associate Director will also be responsible for bringing in new business in within the Hotel sector, so they will need to be very client facing. The Associate Director will also manage a quantity surveying team, supporting them with their work, training, and development.

The Associate Director will also have a clear pathway to a Director position.

The Associate Director

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Hotel Project
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Business Development experience
