Associate Quantity Surveyor

An established medium-sized consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role provides an opportunity to run projects from concept to completion, support junior staff, and engage in business development.

Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team and supporting the Cost Management Director in a variety of tasks. You will be managing projects throughout their lifecycle while also focusing on business development and nurturing junior staff’s growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from concept to completion
• Supporting the Cost Management Director
• Engaging in business development activities
• Overseeing and mentoring junior staff members

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Retail and/or Education projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS/consultancy environment
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
