This is a role in which you’re background can be varied / flexible – construction experience is necessary but attitude and personality fit is the overriding factor here. If you’re currently a Construction Administrator, have worked for a construction business or have 1 or 2 years construction experience and is something you’d like to get into this could be perfect.

The client are a well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking individual to their successful business in Cobham.

The successful Construction Administrator will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London.

The company has a great pipeline of works, having secured this years pipeline and are now going into mid 2026. They’re offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Construction Administrators role

The successful Construction administrator will be based in the office in Cobham, you’ll become an integral part of the team there will be a lot of learning, the role will consist of admin, getting to grips with software and learning new processes.

If you fancy furthering your career in construction there is also the opportunity to train to become a Quantity surveyor, estimator or a buyer – the company will help you achieve this.

You’ll be working on some incredible projects throughout London and the Home Counties.

The role is flexible in terms of working hours / days.

This is relatively flexible

• Construction experience
• Process driven and organised
• Good IT skills
• A valid driving license

• £20,000 – £40,000
