Construction Project Manager

A nationally known Fit Out Contractor, who have been successfully creating Office/Workspace projects are now looking for a Construction Project Manager.

The Construction Project Manager will immediately start on Commercial fit out projects, across the Berkshire & Surrey region.

The Construction Project Manager’s Role

The Construction Project Manager will specifically work on commercial fit out schemes with contract values of £1M – £5M.

These schemes will take you from Reading, Newbury, Maidenhead, Guildford and Windsor.

The successful Construction Project Manager will join an established and well-respected team, within a division who operate efficiently and to high standards.

These schemes have a high-quality finish to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.

The Construction Project Manager

• Clear evidence of a Commercial Fit-Out background
• Commercial project exposure
• Abundance of Fit Out projects
• Contract handling of between £1M – £5M
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• A basic understanding of Programming (ASTA)
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
