Contracts Manager – Bespoke new builds and Refurbishments  

A successful, well regarded prime refurbishment and new build main contractor base din SW London are seeking a Contracts Manager to help the business run efficiently.  

Working closely with two directors of a £10 million turnover business in SW London – you’ll be largely office based taking over the programming, contractual elements + oversight of projects.

The Company 

They are a company that prides itself on their culture – High quality, respected and delivering a fantastic product – coupled with a laid back environment and personalities. 

Their current turnover sits around £12 million, they’re out to tender on a few more projects that they are confident will land. 

They’ve experienced a really nice stable growth over the last 8 years which brings to them to this role – essentially, you’ll sit between the two directors and the site teams. 

The Contracts Manager role 

High End Bespoke One Off experience is necessary – 

You’ll be largely office based, with an 80:20 split to the office. Taking care of programming, contractual elements and project oversight. 

You’ll receive direct support from the directors and work closely with the commercial team. 

The Contract Manager Requirements 

Prime residential new build + refurbishment experience 

Contractual Knowledge

Carpentry background preferred

Ability to Program – MS Projects or Asta 

In return 

£60,000 – £80,000
