Contracts Manager

A confident construction Contracts Manager who has a strong background in interiors and fit out, is now needed by a growing but well-connected Fit Out Contractor.

The Contracts Manager role will be hybrid, with the office near Reading.

The Contracts Manager Role

The successful Contracts Manager will work with multiple teams, delivery successful projects within the Commercial/Workspace sectors.

The Contracts Manager will work on projects between £750K to £4M, with clients within a myriad of industries.

You will have the support from the Construction Director, but the Contracts Manager will have the autonomy with their own clients and projects.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Contracts Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Contracts Manager

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience acting as Contracts Manager
• Further years as Project Manager construction knowledge would be beneficial.
• Evidence of project knowledge within Commercial/Workspace sectors
• Programme understanding (MS Office, ASTA, Primavera)
• Contract understanding from £750K – £4M
• Some experience managing junior members of staff.
• Experience supporting multiple departments.
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
