Estimator

A client facing Estimator is now needed to join a bespoke and client focussed Fit Out specialist.

The Estimator will be offered hybrid working and the opportunity to work with high end clients.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will immediately be working with high end clients, within the retail, hospitality and hotel sectors.

90% of the projects are London based.

Current projects range between £1M – £8M.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders within the above sectors and get involved with further pre construction duties.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Minimum 5 years of Estimating experience
• Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
• Would be beneficial to have worked in Retail, Hospitality and Hotels.
• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects
• Highly organised
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
