Fit Out Project Manager

Based in heart of London, an award-winning fit out contractor is now looking for a committed Fit Out Project Manager to run their commercial/workspace projects.

The Fit Out Project Manager will be working on CAT A&B projects with values from £1M – £15M.

The Fit Out Project Manager will be mainly based in central London.

The role of the Fit Out Project Manager

The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in the future, which the Fit Out Project Manager being a key member of the delivery team.

You will be working on fast track and long length schemes, ranging in value from £1M – £15M.

A strong construction understanding will be expected, within the Commercial/Office/Workspace.

You will be supported by the construction director and be given the autonomy to work with the clients directly.

The requirements

• Clear evidence of a Fit Out Project Manager background
• Ideally Commercial / Offices
• 5+ years in the Project Management world
• Contract handling of between £1m – £15M
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
