Head of Facilities Management

A highly organised Head of Facilities/Facilities Manager is now needed to join an award-winning and client focused fit out contractor.

The role for the Head of Facilities will be hybrid, supporting across London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

The Head of Facilities Role

The successful Head of Facilities will be the main vocal point for managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive contracts. There will also be opportunity to grow business relations with onsite clients.

It is with preference that the Head of Facilities has a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of team leadership and business growth.

You will be involved in schemes ranging from Commercial, Retail and Office fit out. With CAT A, B and Cut & Carve styles.

These projects range in value from £350K – £4M.

The Head of Facilities

• Clear evidence of Facilities Management
• Ideally all from a Construction background (Commercial fit out ideal)
• CAT A, A+ or B exposure
• Knowledge and understanding of PPM
• The use of “Simpro” would be an advantage
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Will to drive
