This is a role in which you’re background can be varied / flexible – construction experience is necessary but attitude is the override here. 

A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a keen an aspiring Junior Contracts manager to their team in Weybridge.

The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London. 

The company has a great pipeline of works, having secured this years pipeline and are now going into mid 2026. They’re offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects. 

The Junior Contracts Manager’s role

The successful Junior Contracts Managerwill be based in the office and largely shadowing one of the current contracts managers. 

You’ll be getting involved in RFI’s, Programmes, project work, liaising with clients and architects – essentially really learning the ropes. 

You’ll be working on some incredible projects throughout London and the Home Counties.  

Your day to day will largely be in line with a Contracts Manager you are shadowing whether that be on site or in the office. 

The entire purpose of this role is to train you up to be a fully-fledged contracts manager with your own roster of projects. 

The Junior Contracts Manager’s role – Requirements 

This is relatively flexible

• High end residential experience – is a benefit not a necessity  
• Process driven and organised
• Good IT skills
• A valid driving license
• Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary

In return

• £35,000 – £50,000
