Pre-Con Manager

A “go getting” and confident Pre-Con Manager is now needed to join one the fastest growing Fit Out construction companies in London.

This opportunity has been confirmed as a hybrid position, with working from home and London will take place.

The Pre-Con Manager Role

This role is to join the Pre-Construction division within the business. With a Director, Commercial lead, two estimators and a Pre-Con Manager already, this is a first-class opportunity for the Pre-Con Manager to learn from knowledgeable individuals.

The Pre-Con Manager will be responsible for the progression and strategy of client relationships, within the retail and office arenas.

You will direct communication with key, high net worth clients, consulting and advising them on their projects. These projects range from £400K – £3M.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre-Con Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre-Con Manager

• Ideally bring experience as a Pre-Con Manager or Estimator
• Can bring a business development background.
• Knowledge of construction or fit out is a must.
• 2 years supporting client’s experience.
• Knowledge of Design & Build or Detail & Build would be good.
• Strong communicator
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
• A “go getter” personality.
