Pre-Con Manager

A Pre-Con Manager, with experience in fit out, is now needed by an established and award-winning Fit Out contractor.

This opportunity has been confirmed as a hybrid position, with working from home and London will take place.

The Pre-Con Manager Role

The Pre-Con Manager will have the opportunity to conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments and work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyse project requirements.

The Pre-Con Manager will be responsible for the progression and strategy of client relationships, within the office and commercial arenas.

You will direct communication with key, high net worth clients, consulting and advising them on their projects. These projects range from £700K – £7M.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre-Con Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre-Con Manager

• Bring 5+ years of Pre Con Manager or Estimator experience
• Can bring a business development background.
• Knowledge of construction or fit out is a must.
• 5 years supporting client’s experience.
• Knowledge of Design & Build or Detail & Build is a must
• Strong communicator
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
