Pre Construction Manager

A confident and ambitious Pre Construction Manager, with a wide knowledge of construction (new build and fit out), is now needed by an established and award-winning Main Contractor.

The Pre Construction Manager will be based in Southeast London.

The Pre Construction Manager Role

Attend site visits to view the project during the Pre Construction stage and engage with designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process.

Work with Residential developers to establish long lasting relationships and commence works within the £5m – £20m range. These projects will be High End high rise Residential blocks.

You will be communicating with key, high net worth clients, consulting and advising them on their projects.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre Construction Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre Construction Manager

• Bring 5+years of Pre Construction Manager or Estimator experience
• Can bring a business development background.
• Knowledge of construction or fit out is a must.
• High End & High-Rise residential knowledge
• Strong communicator
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
