Pre Construction Manager

A Pre Construction Manager, with experience in office fit out, is now needed by a growing and award-winning D&B Fit Out contractor.

This opportunity has been confirmed as a hybrid position, with working from home and London will take place.

The Pre Construction Manager Role

The Pre Construction Manager will have the opportunity to support clients from the early stages and support their visualisation.

You will conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments and work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyse project requirements.

The Pre Con Manager will be responsible for the progression and strategy of client relationships, within the office and commercial arenas.

You will direct communication with key, high net worth clients, consulting and advising them on their projects. These projects range from £500K – £5M. Clients will be within Media, Sporting, Leisure, Legal and Commercial clients.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre Con Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre Construction Manager

• Bring 3+ years of Pre Construction Manager or Estimator experience
• Can bring a business development background.
• Knowledge of construction or fit out is a must.
• 5 years supporting client’s experience.
• Knowledge of Design & Build would be preferred
• Strong communicator
• Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
