A well-established, residential main contractor is looking to add a hardworking Project Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Project Manager will join a small team specialising in bespoke refurbishments varying from £2 million to £12 million. The company has a confirmed pipeline going into 2025.

The Project Manager will benefit from a stable and long term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The Project Manager’s Role 

The successful Project Manager will be based in the office in central London.  

The two projects you will be initially managing– A full refurbishment with a contract value of £3 Million and another high end refurbishment / in Chelsea with a contract value of £4 Million

The Project Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £2 Million+ budgets
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
• Experience with MS Projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Construction background

• £65,000 – £75,000
