Quantity Surveyor

A forward thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Southeast London, near Abbey Wood.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who have offices in London and Kent. They are fast growing as they have a strong pipeline of work over the next year, with strong clients. 

As a company they cover a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage and Leisure. The Quantity Surveyor will come in to run Residential and Commercial schemes, including overseeing the delivery of a £23M mixed use scheme which is ready to start in June and 150 new pristine apartments in central London with a project value of £45M.

The Quantity Surveyor will come in and be delivering these types of projects from concept to completion with the Support from a an MRICS qualified Director.

This is a perfect opportunity for a hungry Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Residential projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
