A leading refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their team. 

The Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression. 

The company 

The company specialise in prime residential refurbishments and have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of £20million and the company have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. 

Quantity Surveyor Role 

Projects range from £1 million to £10 million

You’ll be working on an £8 million refurbishment in Chelsea and working closely with a project manager and commercial director on this project. 

Traditional JCT contract knowledge is essential.

It’s a complex refurbishment at the start of project with a lot of overseas procurement involved.

• BOQ’s 
• Client meetings 
• Delicate procurement schedule 

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements 

• 5 years + Experience 
• Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
• Experience of working for a main contractor 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Team Management
