Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking project and cost management construction consultancy is looking to add a motivated Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in West London, near Paddington.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a project and cost management construction consultancy who complete projects in and around London. The Quantity Surveyor will join a small yet supportive team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

As a company they cover a verity of projects including Commercial, Hospitality Residential, Heritage and Education. The Quantity Surveyor will come in and get involve in a variety of projects but initially they will be working on large scale education project.

The Quantity Surveyor will be running projects with the support of an MRICS partner if needed, but this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working in a small team
