Quantity Surveyor

A fast-growing project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in East Kent, near Canterbury.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Education and Hospitality. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will come in to support with a £10m High End Resi project and a Super prime high end Resi refurb project.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
