Quantity Surveyor

A leading cost and project management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in central London, in Southwark.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized cost and project management construction consultancy who complete projects in and around London. The Quantity Surveyor will be part of a supportive, proactive, and social team.

As a company they cover a range of projects including Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Hotel, but the Quantity Surveyor will be coming in to join and support the Commercial team. Initially the Quantity Surveyor will be working on two projects, the first one is a refurbishment/extension of a 600,00 sqft office building and the second is the is the replacement of two towers with 2 brad new mixed use/commercial towers.

With support from a MRICS Partner, the Quantity Surveyor will be running projects through all stages, strengthening your pre and post contract knowledge.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Ideally worked on Residential or Hotel projects 
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
