Quantity Surveyor

An established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Southeast London. This role offers the opportunity to work across various sectors including Residential, Transport, Education, Healthcare, Emergency, Commercial, and Sports & Leisure.

Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the project delivery process. Your responsibilities will include preparing feasibility stage reports, reviewing procurement strategies, liaising with all project team members, producing tender documentation, providing regular progress reports, and agreeing the Final Account for completed projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing feasibility stage reports
• Reviewing procurement strategy and advising on appropriate solutions
• Liaising with all project team members
• Producing appropriate tender documentation
• Providing regular progress reports on performance against programme and budget
• Anticipating potential issues and advising on solutions
• Agreeing the Final Account for completed projects

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Commercial and Residential experience
• MRICS or currently working towards this qualification
• Experience within private practice/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
