An expanding cost and project management consultancy based in London is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, education, commercial and hotel developments.

Quantity Surveyor Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and providing support to junior staff. You will handle both pre and post-contract duties, with a focus on residential and hotel projects primarily. As part of a team of eight, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will be responsible for

• Running projects from inception to completion
• Overseeing junior team members
• Managing pre and post-contract duties
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of pre and post-contract processes
