Quantity Surveyor – Canary Wharf, London

An up and coming consultancy that focuses on residential projects in central London is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity to be involved in running projects with a small team and contributing to the growing success of the company.

Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be engaged in both pre and post contract duties for various residential projects in central London. You will work closely with a team of four, allowing for a collaborative and supportive working environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from inception to completion
• Preparing and reviewing contract documents
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Client and subcontractor liaison
• Monitoring project progress and reporting

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience working within a PQS or consultancy
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
