Quantity Surveyor

An established medium-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running projects from concept to completion, with a focus on retail and education sectors.

Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from concept to completion
• Pre and post contract management
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Producing cost estimates and reports
• Advising on procurement strategies
• Managing project budgets and timelines

The Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on education and retail projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS/consultancy
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
