Quantity Surveyor – South East London

An established medium-sized consultancy based in London, specialising in residential projects, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This role offers excellent APC support for individuals close to achieving their MRICS qualification, providing a stable platform for career progression within an experienced team.

Quantity Surveyor Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post-contract duties, working closely with clients on a variety of residential projects. The position offers strong APC support, making it ideal for those near to achieving their MRICS.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing pre and post-contract documentation
• Conducting cost analyses
• Collaborating with the project teams
• Attending client meetings
• Ensuring compliance with company standards

The Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Relevant residential experience
• Previous experience within a PQS or consultancy environment
• Basic knowledge of pre and post-contract procedures
