Are you a confident and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who can bring Technical Due Diligence knowledge (TDD)?

Known for being an approachable and employee first Building Consultancy they are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Oxford Circus office.

They work across high end Commercial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The role

Your responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation’s surveys, project monitoring and providing support in project management on a variety of projects.

The Senior Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting Directors and assisting in managing projects in commercial properties.

Key Requirements:

• A BSc in Building Surveying / Real Estate
• Technical Due Diligence knowledge
• Dilapidations experience
• Consultancy background
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
