A Senior Quanitty Surveyior is needed for leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in Oxford.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team who pride themselves on tenure.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and bespoke new builds in Oxford. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression. 

The company 

The company specialise in High-end / prime refurbishments and new builds have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover or around £15 million they are long-standing and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. 

Senior Quantity surveyor Role 

Projects range from £1 million to £12 million. The projects are some of the best Oxford and the home counties have to offer.

You will be responsible for –

• Procurement
• Cash flow forecasting
• Tender and contract documents
• Final accounts
• Contracts
• Valuations
• variations
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule 
• Mitigate commercial risks

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements 

• 5 years + Experience 
• Ideally you will have experience of High End Residential projects 
• Experience of working for a main contractor 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
