Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in West London, Belgravia.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices in and around London and complete projects all over the South of England, but predominantly in central London.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Mixed-Use, Residential, Infrastructure, Commercial and Senior Living but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be working on a large Residential regeneration project near Camden and an infrastructure project.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Residential/Infrastructure projects 
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
