Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking cost and project management consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in West London, near Chelsea.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a cost and project management consultancy who have office is based near Chelsea and complete projects in and around London.

As a company they cover a range of projects including Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Hotel and mixed-use schemes.  The Senior Quantity Surveyor will come into support the delivery of primarily the residential projects including the refurbishment and extension of a building to create apartments and a new build single occupancy house with double basement.

The role will include the Senior Quantity Surveyor running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a PQS / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
