Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near London Bridge.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized multi-disciplinary consultancy whose office is based in central London and complete projects in and around London and will be joining a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Leisure, Regeneration and Residential and mixed use but the Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially be working on Residential and Mixed-use schemes.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Experience working on Residential projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
