Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking project and cost management construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in North London, near Shoreditch.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a medium sized project and cost management construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year.

As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Culture & Arts. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be delivering projects in a range of these sectors but initially they will be running a high quality fit out to office in central London.

The Senior will need to hit the ground running and will be delivering projects from concept to completion, whilst also supporting and helping to develop the Junior staff on site.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for more responsibility and autonomy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
