Senior Quantity Surveyor

A fast-growing Cost consultancy are looking to add a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to their supportive team, based in North London.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be joining a fast-growing cost consultancy who specialise in office fit-out projects in Central London. They are currently a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors but looking to add 2-3 more QS’s before Christmas 2024.

As a company their bread and butter is commercial fit out both cut & carve and new build. They also work on Sports & leisure, Life Sciences and Residential projects. You will come in and initially jump straight on office fit out project with a contact value of £2.5m.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing multiple projects at once, looking after them from concept to completion. You will also be supporting the more Junior members of staff on site and back in the office.

The company also have international projects, especially in the middle east, so if you don’t mind travel a few times a year, then this also could be a great role for you!

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Ideally experience working on Commercial projects
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Excellent attitude and team player
• Capable of supporting with mentoring junior colleagues
