A leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London is seeking an experience pair of hands to join them as Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London, there’s a lot of basements involved too – so any experience there is beneficial.

Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £1 million to £6 million.

• Cost Reporting
• Tender and contract documents
• CVR’s
• Managing a team
• Bills of Quants
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• 7 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property
• Basement experience is beneficial
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team Management
