Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor

A well-respected multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to add a forward thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in West Lonon, near Paddington.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small multi-disciplinary consultancy that have a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors, who complete projects in and around London.

As a company they cover Prime and Super Prime Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to come in with High End Resi experience and support in Delivering their Prime and Super Prime Residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to come in and hit the ground running.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• High End residential Experience
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
• Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
• Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
