An small niche refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a St Johns wood project. 

The Site manager will be PAYE with a long term outlook

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company 

Specialising entirely in High-End residential refurbishments they have recently experienced a few new projects which means organic growth.

They have a turnover or around £4 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team. 

The directors are still super hands on, so you’ll benefit from a high level of exposure and support from them, 

The Site Manager Role 

The successful Site Manager will be based on a £1.4 million project in St Johns wood.  

This project is a full refurbishment of a house. There is absolutely minimal structural works and therefore this could suit someone with a Fit Out background also. 

A carpentry background is essential. 

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments around the £500k – £2 million mark. 

The Site Manager – Requirements 

• High end residential experience £500k + budgets
• Experiences in fine finishes 
• Carpentry Background
• Solid IT skills
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Construction background

In return

• £55,000 – £65,000
