Technical Services Manager

A confident and career driven Technical Services Manager, is now needed by an established and successful Fit Out contractor.

This role is a hybrid position, and the office is in central London.

The Technical Services Manager Role

Working within a qualified and award-winning team, the Technical Services Manager will have the autonomy of leading fit out projects from conception to completion. The schemes you will be working on, consist of Commercial workspace, ranging from 5,000 sqft, to 40,000 sqft. Contract values will also be between £1.5K – £10M.

As the Technical Services Manager, you will be working alongside some of the most well-known end clients in their respected fields.

The successful Technical Services Manager will review design and drawings, the project programme and support pre contract and delivery teams. You will oversee running the M&E site teams and identify project risks.

The Requirements.

• Clear evidence of acting as a Technical Services Manager
• Construction Fit Out knowledge would be beneficial
• Design & Build exposure would be good to see
• Team player
• Working in the Commercial & Office project space
• Spatial awareness
• Ideally come from an Interiors / Design / Architectural background
• Awareness of commercial decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
